Born and raised in Batlharos, Kuruman, Bontle completed her Grade 12 at Lesedi High School in 2004 and went on to study a National Certificate in Microsoft Office Specialist and Comptia A+ at MSC Business College in Kempton Park (2011–2013). She also completed a Short Course in Construction and Project Management at Pro Ulwazi College in 2018.
After working part-time at a local internet café while studying, she pursued her passion and founded her own internet café serving the Mapoteng Kathu community in the Northern Cape.
